I do not use the Windows 10 Store, so I'm not the one to ask about what a standard user can do as far as installing apps from the Store.

I will look into it! can i just create a standard user account to without admin? because now they have both laptop buyed from their own money, and i have read that you can also (only download store apps) you can switch this to enable so that it only download store apps and dont lett you install anything else should i do this, or standard user account much safer? Neutering a web browser to prevent downloading is akin to neutering a word processor to create only plain text: it doesn't really make sense in the grand scheme of things. If the concern is actually downloading material then things get much messier, and more difficult. It's been possible to prevent individuals from installing software and changing system settings not directly related to their personal preferences under Windows for a very long time now. Set up an account without admin privileges, whether it's a truly local account (in Win 8.1/10, earlier than that all accounts are local), or a Microsoft Account linked Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 user account. Well, if the concern is that users not be able to install things then Windows already takes care of that. i'll hope Google will fix this issue! and Hmm, i will give Linux a try to go! when i got a new pc then i will try it on my old pc to see what it does and then install it on my new pc :D Cheers! and thanks for the Help! but i don't understand so much about scripting or something like that, but is there an Extension that can Block downloads (or lock it with password requirements?) Yes, i'll have tryed that new experimental method to, but my RAM usage was damn to high so i turned it off. Here is something I just learned of also, it may be of help but have not tried it.

exe based, which is most of what your average person will do. Putting Linux on a Spare computer will put an end to most this problem as they won't be able to download and execute anything. It will also disable functions of certain websites that your Guest may want.
It won't prompt for a password as far as I know, but will stop stuff from downloading unless the site is allowed to. Not completely sure, but I think a Script Blocker like Scriptsafe would do the trick, but then you will need to learn it.
